Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Classico is the absolute expression of the balance between elegance and structure. Produced with grapes grown in the Valpolicella Classica area and left in drying rooms, then aged in large oak barrels for at least 18 months and in bottles for another 6-8 months. It satisfies the eye with its dense, compact garnet-red color. It satisfies the nose with an intense fruity aroma. And of course, it satisfies the palate that loves intense flavors.

GASTRONOMY

It traditionally pairs well with game, grilled meat, braised meat, and aged cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16° - 18° C. (60° - 64° F)

This Valpolicella Ripasso is made from grapes grown in the high hills, in Torbe. It has a deep ruby-red color and is pleasing to the eye when poured. Its complex aroma starts with the freshness of fruit and ends with a spiced note. The complex aroma leads to a harmonious, full, and velvety flavor with the right balance of tannins and acidity.

GASTRONOMY

The area cultivated with vines in Monte is widespread in both the plains (40%) and in the foothills (60%); the average altitude of the vineyards is about 180 meters above sea level and varies from 120 meters to 450 meters in the hamlet of Monte. The limestone soils are of sedimentary origin. Amarone Monte is dense and compact garnet-red, with a complete and intense bouquet with hints of very sweet red jam. It has a soft taste and a velvety tannic.

The lower part of the Marano Valley includes the Valgatara hamlet, one of the most developed wine-growing areas. The hilly area has volcanic basaltic soil known as toar. It is an intense red, with an aroma accentuated by delicate notes of cloves.

The hilly part of Negrar Valley, which starts at about 90 meters above sea level, is characterized by clayey-loamy soil and delimits the valley with two ridges, one to the east and one to the west. The vineyards and grapes of Amarone Villa grow on this rich and strong soil. Amarone Villa has a dense, compact red color and a strong aroma with a tantalizing note of cherries preserved in alcohol and black pepper. Its fresh and lively flavor makes it excellent for contemplation and to enjoy with guests at the end of a meal.
